Meat Cutter

What You’ll Do:

·         Cut and process fresh meat products including beef, lamb, pork and veal according to company specifications and customer requests.

·         Prepare, wrap and display product for the fresh meat counter.

·         Follow production planners ensuring to record all waste and scan outs according to Company procedures.

·         Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.

·         Ensure that the safety and sanitation of the department meet Company and legislative policies and standards.

·         Perform other duties, as assigned.
