What You’ll Do:

– Cut and process fresh meat products
including beef, lamb, pork and veal
according to company specifications and
customer requests.
– Prepare, wrap and display product for the
fresh meat counter.
– Follow production planners ensuring to
record all waste and scan outs according to
Company procedures.
– Serve customers in an efficient and friendly
manner.
– Ensure that the safety and sanitation of the
department meet Company and legislative
policies and standards.
– Perform other duties, as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

– A solid focus on providing exceptional
customer service.
– Previous Meat Cutting experience is
required.
– Available to work a variety of hours including
days, evenings, and weekends.
– Ability to work effectively in a dynamic
environment, adapting to changing
priorities.
– Excellent organization, planning and
communication skills.
– Food Handlers certificate would be a plus.
