Dryden Fetherstonhaugh was this year’s recipient of the CPMCA annual award for a top ranking student at SAIT’s ‘Butchery & Charcuterie Management Program’.

“Thank you for this award”, Dryden says, It has helped me towards pursuing my goal of obtaining certificates in Culinary Arts and Butchery and eventually earning a dual Trade designation. The program is a great building block for my career providing me with a wide range of skills from breaking carcass meats to value added and charcuterie products, and will complement my training in the Culinary Arts program at SAIT starting this September. Currently, I’m employed at The Butchery Block in Cochrane Alberta practicing the new skills I have learned.
